Engineering Sophistication for a Global Art Collector

Published on July 21, 2025

The Challenge

  • The client, a global traveler, was accustomed to world-class hospitality and expected exceptionally high standards.
  • The home is occupied only around 90 days a year, but the automation system needed to be fully functional at all times.
  • Ensuring privacy and security was essential as household operations were managed by domestic staff. Wardrobe access and management required a secure, non-battery solution.
  • Being a light sleeper, the client needed very dim, indirect lighting for night-time bathroom visits.
  • The interior designer had recommended alternative brands. We had to demonstrate why our solutions were more reliable and suitable.

Our Solution

  • Provided a clear understanding of our future-ready systems and long-term serviceability, with a track record since 1999. This helped the client feel confident they wouldn’t be dependent on any single brand.
  • Installed top-tier automation products that have had zero service calls or breakdowns
  • Studied the client’s lifestyle habits to design tailored solutions. Included night sensors in the passage to ensure restful sleep.
  • Installed a biometric access system:
    • Separate wardrobe access for each partner through individual fingerprints
    • Shared fingerprint access for the safe
    • Limited access for house help to only the laundry closet
